Safety First

The safety of your doggo is our primary concern. To ensure that their well being is always taken seriously we have implemented the following:

1) Staff first aid training - All staff undergo accredited canine first aid and behavior training at Doggo. Refresher courses and internal followup courses are also regularly done with the teams.

2) Strict vetting processes - doggos must be socialised and show no signs of aggression.

3) Trial day - new doggos are assessed and watched carefully throughout the day to ensure temperament and behaviour are acceptable.

4) Double entrance ways - ensures Doggos are safely behind a closed door before being released off their leash into the play area.

5) Temperament and size - we have a large, medium and small dog area at each branch to ensure safe play. Dogs are also placed according to temperament and energy levels for their happiness and wellbeing.

6) Outdoor hazards - our garden spaces are checked and cleared of any poisonous plants, sticks or potentially dangerous elements. Daily checks are undertaken to ensure a safe environment.
